2003

In September 2 January / 2: Reception of 5 students of Albion.
In March 29 on April 6: Exhibition of the 5 years of the CJNR, at the Relay.
In March 29: Creation of a permanent point of information at the Relay, in front of the library.
In March: Constitution of a working team to select a Spanish city with the aim of a twinning.
In April 4: musical Evening Country and Spanish, hall of the Anciennes Ecuries.
In June 14: Participation in the the ANELE party
In June 5 and July: Two young people from Noisy in stay to Albion.
June 28 / July 19: Fifteen young people from Noisy in Summer Camp to Albion.
In November: Last phase operation " Plant a Tree ".
In November 27: Inauguration of Albion's public garden.


2002 In March 27 on April 11: Exchange return of the pupils of the School of Quintinie to Albion (18 pupils and 3 companions).
At the end of March: Gift by the chaperons to the city of Albion of a picture on the Euro made by a studio of the association The Rond Point.
From the middle of June to the end of July: Exhibition in the hall of reception of the City hall of clothes, lent by Albion, of a couple of Indians as well as those of a woman Amish with their fineries.
In June 29 on July 21: 13 young people and a chaperon participated in Summer Camp to Albion.
From July 15 till September 15: A young person Noiséen in training in company in Albion.
In July: 2 teenagers in summery holidays to Albion.
At the beginning of July: handed to Albion of the material of exhibition on Noisy's history prepared by the association for the Renaissance du Patrimoine.
From 20 till 22 September a delegation of Cjnr and Noisy's city hall went to Albion for the Festival of the Forks and inauguration of the exhibition on Noisy le Roi.
From 13 till 16 October: Reception of 15 students and 3 chaperons of Albion College.
In October 15: conference on the Carnival of Shrove Tuesday in Louisiane by one of the professors.
2001
In January: first correspondences between families of Elementary schools (with ANELE)
In February 09: " Let us plant a tree ". First trees in the College Quintinye
In January / April: During 4 months a professor of Albion to Noisy and Paris.
1-st on April 15: stay of 20 pupils and 3 adults of Middle and High School of Albion to Noisy le Roi.
In April 3: Conference on the first French explorers in Canada and in North America by a professor of Albion.
8 on June 11: An official delegation of Albion visits it to Noisy le Roi for the Celebration 2001 of the Twinning during the Fête du Cèdre.
In June 11 on July 17: 1 young person of Albion in language study holiday to Noisy.
6 on July 24: 5 Noiséens in Summer Sports Camp to Albion.
In July 11 in the 19 aout: 1 Noiséen in training in a Company to Albion.
In September 11: From this date demonstrations of support for the American People (messages, demonstration of September 15, book opened to the City hall and passed on to the city of Albion.)
2000 July/august : 3 teenagers in summery holidays to Albion
In September 15: signature officialisation of the twinning among the 2 Mayors to Albion, during the Festival of the Forks, in the presence of the Delegations of NLR and Albion
In October: conference on the CAJUN culture by one of the professors
In October: 10 students + 2 professors. From Albion College to NLR
In December 23: put road panels " NLR coupled with Albion "
1999 In April:A survey on the choice of an European city for a future twinning in 3000 Noisy le Roi homes
In April: journey of the pupils of NLR during 2 weeks to Albion
In June:exposition " Michigan, yesterday and today " in the room of the Relay
In October: 10 students + 2 professors. From Albion College to NLR
In October: Participation weekly of the French-speaking world to Albion
In oct. / November: pupils' stay of Albion's Middle-School during 2 weeks to NLR.
1998 In January: creation of the Sister Committee
In February - April; several visits of and to Albion to launch action to come
In June: visit and concerts of the Choir of young people of Albion, " B-Sharps ", in the School and during the holiday of the Music.
In September: First Delegation of Noisy le Roi in the Festival of the Forks to Albion.
In October: students + 1 professor. From Albion College to NLR
