From Paris by car:

Take highway A 13 towards Rouen.
Get off at the second exit direction St Germain en Laye (exit n°6)
Take left turn lane towards Versailles.
Down the hill take right exit towards Bailly-Noisy.
You are now on road D 307.
Go through a mini tunnel and follow this road for 4 kilometers.
Before the second tunnel exit to your right.
At the top of the exit enter the traffic circle and take the first right.
You have arrived !

From Paris by train : ( SNCF )

From St Lazare station take the train to St Nom la Bretèche.
Have someone pick you up at the St Nom station.

From Paris by RER : ( RATP )

Take the RER line A to St Germain en Laye.
From St Germain en Laye take the CGEA bus line 13 to Noisy le Roi.

By plane from Roissy CDG :

Take the Air France bus line 2 : Roissy / Porte Maillot / Etoile.
At Etoile go to the RER station and take line A to St Germain en Laye.

or

Take RER B to Châtelet/Les Halles. Change to RER A in the direction of St Germain en Laye.

By plane from Orly :

Take the Air France bus line 1 : Orly / Montparnasse / Invalides.
or
Take Orlyval rail up to Châtelet. At Châtelet take RER line A in direction of St Germain en Laye.
