Goodbye our friend Bruce Borthwick
The CJNR and the city of Noisy le Roi lost friend with the disappearance of Bruce Borthwick.
He was a kingpin of the Sister Committee of Albion and one of the best ambassador of Noisy le Roi to Albion.
The CJNR presents its heartfelt sympathy to his family and to its friends.

Marjorie Ulbrich's answer further to the sending of the collection of manifestations of support for the American Poeple.
I wanted to let you know that the book of letters and pictures from Noisy residents expressing their sympathy over the events of September 11,2001, arrived last week. It is difficult for me to express how much I appreciated the work and thoughts that went into composing this book. Our Sister City Committee will be making plans to have an official presentation of this book to the City Council from the poeple of Noisy le Roi. We wish to thank everyone involved in making this fantastic book!
Thank you once again for the wonderful book of thoughts and pictures.
Sincerely Yours
Marjorie Ulbrich (President of Albion's Sistership Committee)

Expressed supports to American Poeple

Our grief is your grief. We are all affected by this horror. We feel for you, for the victims, and their families. May this crime not go unpunished and may terrorism be put to a stop.

As a Belgian citizen living in Noisy and working close to here, I want to express with my French friends, how we feel sad and shocked.
Accept our deepest sympathy. As a French Minister told last week : we all feel American!

I am very shocked by this horrible attack. I wish you strength, and know that I am with you in prayer. May "Love" fill the heart of every human being in this world, one God for all of us who are brothers and sisters.

It's been brotherhood between our two countries since the birth of your nation and we all know it's friendship for life. Now, we are sharing your immense sorrow like we would do for our own family.
Your friend from your sister city.

Such a feeling of helplessness before such terrorism in the world today! Democracies of the world must unite to allow freedom to prevail. Terrorism must be defeated.

All our thoughts go out to the American people so cruelly affected by such a barbarian attack. We grieve for the victims, their families, but also all the emergency rescuers, firefighters and police officers who constantly put their own lives in danger in order to help others.

The horrible attacks from September 11.01 are forever in our hearts. So many innocent people killed without any chance to escape!
Why such blind violence?
We are hoping that we all will overcome this and would find the appropriate answers for a more peaceful world and future.
Nous sincères pensées vont vers tous.
